Why shouldn’t we work with you?

Reasons your team shouldn’t work with me:

  • Your employees are already generating great business opportunities for your company from their content effortlessly and their online presence clearly reflects how they can help and who.
  • Your company is hiding something. It’s behaving unethically or promoting a toxic environment, micromanaging and you’re afraid of your employees sharing their voice and speaking up, spoiling your reputation (in this case, I suggest you address your internal issues and fix them first. Hire, fire, and train your leaders accordingly.)
  • Your company is paying unfairly or your employees have poor working conditions. You’re worried about them recognizing their worth and moving where they feel appreciated and valued (as in the previous example, take ownership and address these factors first.)
  • Your Leadership Team micromanages your employees and doesn’t trust them. (Relationships are built on trust and trust goes both ways. You don’t owe their personal accounts or personal brands.)
  • Your Leadership Team is afraid your best talent will leave if they start sharing online. (If they want to leave they will either way. Pro-tip: show you care and give them a reason to stay.)

Why should I listen to you?

Hi, I am Debbie and I am a Personal Branding & Strategic Marketing Strategist. 

Before starting my consulting business I used to work in marketing strategy and sales for Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp), and later Pinterest, where I helped my clients better define their marketing strategies and develop marketing plans tailored to their business needs and goals to help them grow their business and reduce costs.


You shouldn’t absolutely listen to me, but building online and leveraging my personal brand gave me the tools to live my life on my terms and get control over my career.
